By availing of our repair services (online or offline), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 2. Services Offered We provide diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for: - Mobile phones (CP) - Tablets and laptops - Home appliances (TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, etc.) - Other electronic and digital devices 3. Service Process - Devices may be submitted in-store or arranged for pickup/delivery. - A diagnostic check will be performed before repair. - Repair will only proceed upon customer approval. 4. Pricing and Payments - Service fees depend on the issue and labor required. - Diagnostic fees may apply and are non-refundable. - Full or partial payment is required before or after repair depending on the agreement. 5. Repair Timeframe - Estimated repair time will be provided but is not guaranteed. - Delays may occur due to parts availability or complexity of the issue. 6. Warranty Policy - Warranty is 30–50 days service warranty only. - Warranty covers service/labor only and does not include parts. - Warranty is void if: - The device is tampered with by another technician - The device is physically damaged or exposed to liquid after repair 7. Customer Responsibilities - Customers must back up all data before repair. - We are not responsible for data loss or privacy issues. - Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and accessories before submission. 8. Parts and Replacement - Parts are charged separately and are not covered under warranty. - Availability of parts may affect repair time. 9. Unclaimed Devices - Devices not claimed within 2 months after notification will be considered abandoned. - CLTX4_Production reserves the right to dispose of or resell the device to recover costs. 10. Liability Limitations - We are not liable for pre-existing issues or hidden defects. - Liability is limited to the cost of the repair service. 11. Cancellations and Refunds - Once payment is made and the unit/parts are ordered, cancellation is allowed within 2 days only. - After 2 days, no cancellation will be accepted. - Alternatively, CLTX4_Production may enforce a strict no-cancellation policy once payment is confirmed. 12. Online Service Terms - Customers are responsible for proper packaging when shipping devices. - We are not liable for damages during transit. - Shipping fees are non-refundable. 13. Privacy Policy - Customer information is used only for service purposes. - We do not share personal data without consent unless required by law. 14.
